Fee arrears have a deadline, a document, and an institution that can be paid directly. That makes education one of the easiest needs to present honestly, and one where existing help is often overlooked.
Seed Out, which funds scholarships in Pakistan, pays the challan directly to the university rather than to the student (Seed Out: how it works). You can do the same here: when you request a withdrawal, name the institution’s bank account and the challan reference. Say on the page that this is how it will work, then post the paid challan as an update.
"I am Ayesha, a third-year pharmacy student at a public university in Lahore. My father’s shop closed in the floods and this semester’s fee, Rs 96,000, is due on 30 September (challan attached). The financial-aid office has deferred Rs 30,000; I need Rs 66,000 to keep my seat. The withdrawal will be paid straight to the university’s fee account and I will post the paid challan."
Roman Urdu: "Main Ayesha hoon, Lahore ki sarkari university mein pharmacy ke teesre saal ki student. Walid ki dukaan sailaab mein band ho gayi. Is semester ki fees Rs 96,000 hai, 30 September tak (challan lagi hai). Financial aid office ne Rs 30,000 mauqoof kiye hain; mujhe Rs 66,000 chahiye. Raqam seedhi university ke fees account mein jayegi aur main paid challan yahan lagaungi."
Yes. Create the fundraiser under the Education category, attach the fee vouchers and, if the school agrees, name the school’s account in the withdrawal request so the money goes straight there.
Often, yes. Ihsan Trust’s interest-free loans run through many universities, and most institutions have a financial-aid office. Apply there first and use a fundraiser for what they cannot cover; say on the page that you did.
