Email is the one channel we can promise a human reads. If you have a question about a donation, a campaign, a payout or your account, write to us and include the details below so we can find your records on the first reply.

Any payment reference you already have — from your bank or card statement, or from your mobile wallet’s confirmation. GoFundMeNow does not issue its own donation receipt or reference number, so this is the quickest way for us to trace a payment.

What to expect
Every email is read and answered by a founder. We do not yet promise a response time; we reply as quickly as two people can.
We reply to the address you write from. Check your spam folder if you hear nothing.
Never send card numbers, CVV codes, full bank account credentials or your password by email. We will never ask for them. When card payments are available they will be handled by our payment provider, and card details will not reach our servers.

If a campaign looks misleading, impersonates someone, or you suspect the money is not going where it says, report it so an administrator can review and flag it.
